Jerry, with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin and over 33 years of experience at Margolis, serves as the president and fulfills duties as an estimator, project manager, and field safety manager.

Chad is a Licensed Landscape Architect who graduated with a masters from the University of Minnesota. He has over 15 years of combined experience, both in the design phases and construction phases, with projects of all sizes. 

Since joining Margolis in 2019, Blake has been dedicated to delivering innovative and thoughtful solutions. As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Blake finds great satisfaction in seeing projects come to life.

Will is the newest member of the Margolis team. He is a recent college graduate from the University of St. Thomas in Operations Management, and Data Analytics.  He has worked in the landscaping industry for close to 5 years.

Laura  joined the Margolis team in spring of 2023. Today she manages accounts payables and payroll.

Mary has more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of all the ins and outs of the estimating and project management processes.  She loves to garden with her husband and dogs at home in Stillwater.

Donna joined Margolis Company in 2024 and has flourished in her role as purchaser. With a passion for quality and efficiency, she is steadfast in her work.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys live music, and time with family.

Natalie joined Margolis Company in 2024 and has since joined our leadership team. With a passion for bringing a smile to people's faces, she strives to do so every day. Outside of work, she enjoys adventure and physical fitness.

Our crew members are part of the Local 563 LiUNA and the Local 49 IUOE. Our field staff are experienced professionals who have truly seen it all, and they are the core of all we do.
